About us:
This school year, we are looking forward to working with parents and guardians hand in hand. We have many fun and hands-on activities planned in the academic areas of literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science.

3) Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself
4) Work quietly and do not disturb others
5) Show respect for school and personal property
6)Work and play in a safe manner
Class schedule:
On a daily basis, K-014 participates in Accelerated Reading, Morning Meeting, Mathematics, Reader’s Workshop, Writer’s Workshop, Social Studies/Science, and Snack/Choice Time.
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday: Library/Literacy
Tuesday/ Thursday: Music
School Supplies:
Two folders, three notebooks, crayons, markers, glue, pencils, paper towel, box of tissues, hand sanitizer, liquid soap, Lysol All-Purpose Disinfectant spray.
Homework Policy:
Homework packets are distributed every Monday and assignments are to be completed according to each day. Homework packets are checked the following Monday for completion.

Class News:
We have recently added Snack Time to our daily schedule and are asking parents to contribute a snack (i.e., a bag of pretzels, crackers, apple juice, etc.) for our students to enjoy at the end of the day. The snack should be for the entire class and we are setting up a rotation schedule for snack as well.
Attendance Policy:
If your child is absent, please ensure there is an absent note sent to us the next day. There is no formal documentation needed—we are asking for a handwritten note explaining why the student was absent.
